Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned medical devices.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to a wide range of medical professionals and healthcare institutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders in the medical community.
  • Plan and attend medical conferences, workshops, and marketing events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Create and manage effective marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support future product development and marketing strategies.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Instrumentation or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with specialists in various medical fields, including Gynaecology, Diabetes, ENT, Paediatrics.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for healthcare.

Nice to have

  • Strong experience (2+ years) in medical device sales and marketing is preferred.
